Meet Sarah
Sarah Buckner is a somatic, spiritual and creative coach and consultant, multi-passionate artist, photo witch and higher self embodiment doula serving heart-based leaders, visionary entrepreneurs, artists and lightworkers on their non-linear journeys of healing, awakening, empowerment, embodiment, self-realization and revolutionary self-love through 1:1 mentorship, intuitive readings, photo ceremonies and her online spiritual self-care membership, the blood, bone and honey pot.
Sarah supports her clients in embodying their personal power, deepening intimacy with their bodies, breath and intuition and self-caring in a way that hits the spot so that they can meet the all encompassing soul-level calling of their purpose work.
Sarah holds a bachelor of fine arts from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Master of Fine Arts from Duke University. Sarah has also completed her 500 hr Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training with MindBody Centering Yoga.
In 2015 Sarah began studying with Master Yoga Therapist Nina Be, Creator of MindBody Centering Yoga at Centering Life, to deepen her knowledge and relationship to her own body, heart and mind with the intention and prayer to create beautiful and sacred spaces, practices and experiences for women to be in community, connection and coherence with themselves, each other and the world.
In 2018 Sarah began mentoring with Dez Davis of The Rich Witch Life, studying coach method training, entrepreneurship, digital marketing and impact driven, spiritual, leadership. In 2018 she birthed her Signature Private Mentorship Programs and first online course, Nourish like a Goddess in 2019. Since then Sarah has offered over a dozen online courses, masterclasses and online retreats for leaders and lightworkers across the globe and held space in hundreds of 1:1 coaching sessions.
A decade into her personal healing journey and professional training Sarah continues deepening her studies in the healing arts and offers trauma-informed somatic movement, asana, breath work, meditation and visualization and coaching containe, classes, workshops and retreats to support physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health and well-being.
sarah is currently living, loving, healing, growing and creating in the finger lakes region of upstate new york with her husband max and dog, Soji.
