What this mentorship looks like
🌹 A Personalized Mentorship Experience
Our work begins with a 2-hour mentorship kickoff session and an in-depth intake questionnaire designed to help us clarify your goals, desires, challenges, strengths, vision, and intentions for the season ahead.
Before we meet, I'll review your questionnaire so we can immediately begin working at depth. Together, we'll identify the areas of your life, leadership, creativity, spirituality, relationships, work, visibility, purpose, or personal growth that are calling for the most attention and support, creating a personalized roadmap for our work together.
🌹 Ongoing Private Mentorship
Following your kickoff session, we'll meet twice monthly for 90-minute mentorship sessions designed to support your growth, expansion, embodiment, self-expression, leadership, creativity, purpose, visibility, and becoming.
This is a space for the full spectrum of who you are.
Some sessions may focus on business, leadership, visibility, creative projects, or your next chapter. Others may focus on relationships, spirituality, self-trust, nervous system support, purpose, pleasure, healing, or the next version of yourself that is asking to emerge.
Together, we create a space where your personal, professional, creative, emotional, spiritual, and relational lives are all welcome at the table.

Private Mentorship includes unlimited voice note and text support between sessions. You're welcome to reach out anytime for guidance, accountability, perspective, celebration, questions, breakthroughs, challenges, reality checks, or simply to share what's unfolding as you move through the work.
Messages may be sent anytime, with responses provided Monday through Friday.
